Brand badges

Some brands on Syfted show badges under their name. Syfted awards them from its own records, checks them once a day, and removes them when a brand stops meeting the bar. Brands cannot buy them or ask for them. A badge is not a guarantee of any product, and none is based on reviews or ratings. Every order is covered by Syfted’s own refund and returns terms, whatever badges a brand shows.

Verified brand

Syfted reviewed this brand before it could sell, it sells from a store it has shown it owns, and Stripe has verified its business for payouts.

Lost the same day any of those stops being true.

Ships on time

In the last 90 days at least 10 of this brand's orders were due, and no more than 1 in 20 (or one, under 20 orders) missed the ship-by date shown at checkout. On time means a tracking number by that date. A brand that slips keeps the badge for up to 14 days.

We count orders whose ship-by date fell in the last 90 days, and need at least 10 orders. An order counts as on time when the brand added a tracking number by its ship-by date, which is the ship time or pre-order date shown when you ordered. No more than 1 in 20 may be late (one late order is allowed at any volume). A brand that falls below the bar keeps the badge for 14 days while it recovers, then loses it.

Online since (year)

This brand's online store was created at least three years ago.

Based on the creation date of the online store the brand has connected to Syfted, which must be at least three years old. The badge shows the year the store was created. It is lost if the brand disconnects that store or connects a newer one. It is not a statement about when the business itself was founded.

  • Ships on time: Ship at least 10 orders in 90 days, with tracking, by each order's ship-by date, with no more than 1 in 20 late.
  • Online since: Connect a Shopify store that is at least three years old.
